The following is our conversation:
Kid
A: "Should we fight with them?"
Anita:
"No."
Kid
A: "Should we tell them that they should ask us for permission to beat
us?" (^^;)
Anita:
"....." (How come they can come up a question like that?)
Kid
B: "Should we beat them back if they beat us?"
Anita:
"I think you guys should avoid fighting."
Kid
B: "But we can't just let them beat us."
Anita:
"Of course not."
Kid
A: "You think we should fight with them?"
Anita:
"No!!!!"
Kid
A: "Then what are we supposed to do?"
Anita:
"You guys should....RUN!!!!"
The kids laught at me.
I talked about this with my sister after I went home. She said that I am such a "loser" that I taught the kids to run in that situation. She laught at me.
What is so funny about it? I am serious!!! I told them to run because I don't want the kids to get hurt. Moreover, no one knows whether another group of people have weapons on hand. Also, I am not supposed to tell them to fight anyway. In fact, I should have told them that they can "defend" themselves. I think I couldn't come up that word at that time because I was imagining that I were one of the kids, and, no matter what, I am too weak to "defense" anyway. That's why I could only tell them to run.
